What we collect and why

• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not identify individual visitors. We see aggregated figures such as page views and referrers. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Booking a call. If you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email and anything you write in the booking form so we can hold the meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you and, if we work together, as part of our business records.
• Checklist. If you request a checklist by email, we use your address to send it and, if you agree, occasional follow-ups. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) and Cal.com (booking). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Booking and email data for as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting work, and accounting records for five years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Checklist subscribers until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to our processing, and ask for data portability. Write to gustav@northgrove.ai. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
